Our Policies

Jefferson Square Apartments provides luxury, fully-furnished, one or two-bedroom spacious apartments in a safe, clean, comfortable environment. Every guest reservation is important to us.  Please read through our policies so that every guest may have an enjoyable stay.

Deposit
A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and will be returned within 30 days after unit is vacated, after a final inspection, and a 30-day notice of ending your stay is provided to the office.  As of 1/1/23, a 3% fee will be added if a credit card is used; the credit card fee will not be applied to the security deposit. 

Cancellations
Cancellations within three weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge.

No Smoking
Absolutely no Smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets
No Pets allowed.
