Please note that rentals for less than four months have an additional charge of $100 per month (months 1, 2 & 3).
A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and is returned with a 30-day notice of ending your stay after inspections have been completed. Cancellations within two weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge. As of 1/1/23, there is a 3% fee if a credit card is used; the credit card fee will not be added to payment of security deposit.
